Reproduction Oil Paintings
Some of Western art's greatest, most iconic masterpieces have been oil paintings. From the realist masters of the Middle Ages to the Impressionists and the innovators of the 18th and 19th century, the techniques of oil painting have led the way in breaking new artistic ground. The originality of many of these works is one of the reasons why they are notoriously difficult to copy.
Difficult, but not impossible--at least, not here at Museum Replicas. Our extended studio of professional artists is more than just an assembly line--it's made up of inspired individuals who are ready to put their talents to work to recreate the form and feeling of some of history's greatest art. Anyone who doubts their success in doing so need only view our past successes to see how excellent our track record is.
Past successes include Sandro Botticelli's famous painting, "La Primavera." This full-sized oil painting is full of radiant bursts of color and exquisite lines, depicting a virginal scene full of beauty and splendor. And the amazing thing (or rather, one of the amazing things) is that even hundreds of years after Botticelli's death, his vision has been recaptured in this amazing replica.
Of course, oil paintings aren't the only things that we have produced and reproduced successfully in the past. Sculptures of wood, bronze, glass, marble, and recreations of architectural art are also numbered among our gallery. We are equally as comfortable producing new work as reproductions.
